Gaming A connection error has occured. (FFFFFFFF) Help!

That error code is an Update error....apparently the connection should still work if it's set up correctly.

Only thing you can really do is to restore factory settings to effect a flash1 format.

Thanks for the suggestion. But Funny coz resetting the modem somehow did the trick. Though I have another question to make (hate making new thread).

I have a game UMD but whenever I put it in my psp 3k.. it's kinda making this sound like its whirring sound or in some point seems scratching or something when the game is loading but when I check the UMD, it seems fine .. Is this normal to all psp 3000s? or is there some sort of defect..?

The UMD drive does indeed make a whirring, kerrr-click! kind of noise as it works. Your best bet is to either look for some videos on youtube or ask for a demo at the shop you bought it from. It's difficult to be accurate about something that subjective.
