well, those people mostly are Newbies....why would old members need to suffer when Newbies are the ones who are breaking the rules?
if you want to punish them...sent them a warning or ban after a few warnings

i don't blame endika doesn't know where! but posting 3 time asking the same question is a little....!
the best part was i need it URGENTLY! wtf!!
my arguement would be without cheats would endika1995 paralyze, burn to ashes or die immediately?

Are you seriously asking for an ONLINE cheat? Dude do you even recognize how STUPID this request is? Let's make an example:
You search for Mewtwo. Found one where the trainer wants a Celebi. So you think "hey, let's activate the code" and trade his Mewtwo for your Magikarp or something... I think that's one of the most unfair codes someone has requested.

Short answer: It may be possible but if you want it DO IT YOURSELF
