becomes :

so
A =10
13 = 19

or just use the calc.. xD

0=0
1=1
2=3
3=4
4=5
5=6
6=7
7=8
8=9
9=A
umm so its like 1.1

then 9=A A is 2.0?
because 1.9 is last so start with new one which is 2.0...
