Hacking 9.2 with 4.xx Settings

I have a 9.2 emunand with the 4.XX settings and it works perfectly but when i launch the DS profil it's crash ...certainly because of the emunand ;
my 3ds xl is not hardmoded yet and i don't want to brick it.
Someone who flash the modified nand to the sysnand tried if the mset exploit works ? ^^

No it won't work unless you're using it with a project specifically designed for MSET in higher firmwares.

- You say it works perfectly then you say when you do DS profile export it crashes? Why do you need to do the DS Profile?
- Modified NAND? Are you talking about emuNAND?

I suggest rephrasing your question.....

All the system works perfectly but when i want to open the DS profil (to test if we can use the exploit it crash;

MSET is used on 4.x sysNAND to launch an exploit for use with Gateway/rxTools. You can't use MSET within an emuNAND, it'll just crash.

Well, if I understood you correctly, you have a gateway right? Then this means you can't use the MSET Exploit to run emuNAND unless you modify it to CFW (Which you can't since it only supports 4.5 at the moment) or you have a Gateway card. And it doesn't run using the MSET Exploit either.

MSET was patched a good while ago, Roxas75 got it working on 6.x, iirc.
For 9.2, the only exploits you have are Cubic Ninja (which cannot load GW i think) and the web exploit.
If you want to use MSET, downgrade your console to 4.5 using Gateways downgrade packs.

Nope i want to buy a gateway but i don't want to depends of an internet Browser exploit or to launch the emunand each time i want to play my SSB or MM.
I thinks it will be cool if we can launch the cfw 4.5 with a 9.2 Sys... But its not ^^

If its downgraded to 4.5, then you can use MSET to launch Gateway.

Then you don't really have many options, you have Paletines CFW, thats about it.
