I'm guessing you're on different version.

Obviously you must, If you want a 30+ FPS then use 60 FPS Cheat, note that NSwitch at Max OC is still weak to achieve constant 60 FPS.

If you want Stable 30 FPS, OC your Switch a bit and use 30 FPS Cheat.

The new 30fps cheat doesn't work.
At first there were lighting glitches and after reboot the game keep crashing. I only used the 30 fps code

This game is locked to 30 FPS also on PC. It may mean some animations or minigames (if they exist) are tied to FPS.

I didn't know that it was locked at 30 FPS for PC as well. But I'm well aware about the Animation will be affected if you change the FPS Limit. But this game should run ok at 60 FPS just like on 3DS.
