SMTV needs a 60FPS cap bad. It stutters and overclocking doesn't do a single thing with such a low cap.

Nevermind on the cheat. A patch was made and posted already. Works like a charm =)

Buddy, I'm well aware that it already runs at 60 FPS. If you checked the Cheat, there's a [Default 60 FPS]. The reason why there's a 30 FPS is because someone requested. Why? Idk maybe they have weak hardware to play it.
