Are you using the EdiZon or EdiZon SE?
Because people said Regular EdiZon has problems detecting Cheats.

The correct path should look like this /atmosphere/contents/[game_titleid]/cheats/[game_bid].txt
If Edizon still doesn't see the cheat, your game's BID probably doesn't match the one in the cheat.

This game doesn't have an update.

If layout is correct, then only thing that can matter is archive bit or text formatting imo

No, game uses less resources with capped framerate, not more. Also this cheat is obsolete, cause devs capped fps at 30 in latest update (1.0.2)

Though the game can still drop fps to mid 20s sometimes so its actually better to OC a bit to maintain stable 30, but its not that critical.
