I was just wondering, Polar White was supposed to go yellow after constant usage as most white products do. However apart from the stupid yellow material the L and R shoulder are made of, the rest of my ds is as dazzling white as when I first bought it.

Does anyone have examples of White Lites turning a nasty shade of yellow?
Or do you have the same "yellowish" shoulder button as I do? I know the damn buttons aren't dirty, they just seem to absorb ambient light and make the ds look aged.

I just feel like dismantling my ds, just to replace the shoulder buttons with some new ones, if only it were possible...

I've had my white ds lite from when it came out in the UK, no problems here. If you look at the ds lite you can see that the white is covered.

Ewww... yellow....

That makes me glad I bought a black one (despite all the disgusting fingerprints)!
