I've gotten my PSP 3002 softmodded a long time ago. Recently, I've tried to download Monster Hunter 3rd Portable and seemed to have a problem. One of the solutions was to go to the recovery menu, which i tried, but didn't work. Anyone having this problem? And if I am to uninstall the CFW, will it delete all my saves and games? Thanks

Edit: I've gotten onto the recovery menu, but my menu doesn't have the 'No UMD Option'

    What problem was it, exactly?

I had a the error 'The game could not be started (80020148)' and tried to fix it. One of the solutions was to use the Recovery Menu which i cannot access.

Did you make sure it wasn't a corrupted iso? are other games working properly?

Yep, works completely fine on PPSSPP and all other games work fine. Just MH3P doesn't work.

Have you tried a different iso driver? or maybe another iso of this game, we never know.

Sorry for the late response though, though I've tried other versions and it doesn't work. One of the solutions is to put the 'No UMD Option' though as said in the edit, I've gotten onto the recovery menu, but my menu doesn't have the 'No UMD Option'. Should I just make install a new firmware?
