So I traded in a bunch of gear at gamestop recently hoping to find a PS4 with 5.05, unfortunately they were low on used systems locally, and the one they had was already updated, so I was wondering what are the odds of getting a new system on 5.05 or below if i buy a new system from them, I am looking at the 1tb slims, has anyone purchased one recently, or is there something specific I should look out for to guarantee a modifiable version?
