Hacking 4coolday.com, good or not?

So they had AMAZING prices and after researching on this site and others, i got a real mixed review. I need to pay with paypal and I'd like to keep the price around $20.

If they aren't good, then can i have a suggestion?

The shipping is slow as snakeshit, and their return policy is a joke.
