Maybe you should have read the readme file that comes with this extinfo/infolib. It clearly states that #4747 is -

4747-??????????????????? - ??????????????????? (JP)

...which Google Translate tells us is -

4747 - Eye Kukkinaidoru! My! Main! - Flash game! Kirameki! Cooking (JP)

If that was too much trouble then you could simply have tried it before getting everyone hopes up.
