Hacking -4 error when loading Dr. Kawashima Brain training

When i try to load Dr Kawashima Brain Training, it gives me an -4 black screen error. How to solve this?

Edit: i tried to copy Xenoblade C from my Wii U USB Helper to sd card.
When i insert the SD card to my pc , it says now that i need to format.

Now what?

Format your SD and try again.

Everything depends on the capacity of the SD, format it in FAT32.
