Hacking 4.2 didn't delete Homebrew?

So.....I upgraded to 4.2 tonight and (all reasons aside) it didn't delete my homebrew. Not to mention...it all still works. Did I get lucky? I thought it deleted it all.

I think if you have the newest version of HBC it won't delete it. Something about changing a name to Jodi.

won't the hbc always have to change it's name with every new update?
since, surely nintendo will keep trying to wipe it out..

they'd be better off thinking of a better technique since this one is instantly defeatable


also, did you have any custom ioses? the usual suspect slots get stubbed out
