Hacking 4.05 exploit install problem - where is start.py ?

So I'm following this guide:

I downloaded all of the required files and grabbed ps4-exploit-host-win-v0.3.16.zip from here:

https://github.com/Al-Azif/ps4-exploit-host/releases

and unpacked that tool.

however, the guide says to click on the start.py file, yet I don't have a start.py file in the unpacked tool folder ........

Anyone got any ideas why please? Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

No, you dont need PC to do that anymore. Yes, it is legal and not a fake. I got it form somewhere else that posted it for noobs people. Here:
