ROM Hack 3dsconv v4.2 - is it still the best to use for converting all my .3ds games to cia?

As title, just wondering if this is still the best/quickest/easiest app to use for converting all .3ds roms to .cia format, so I can finally bin the Gateway card?

Any issues with newer games, not that there are many new releases now!

godmode9 allows you to convert them to cias.

Since no one has had any complaints and it works just as it always did, yes, it works and it’s fast.

I want to do this on PC for many roms, much quicker than on the 3DS
