Homebrew 3DSController Problem (Circle Stick)

So, I set up 3DSController and VJoy, and it's properly connected to my PC, and the buttons work, but my problem is the Circle pad. the video shows that it's not working at all. this is the video demonstrating my problem:

Circle Pad: JOYSTICK2
C Stick: NONE
Touch: NONE
Mouse Speed: 0

A: JOY1
B: JOY2
X: JOY3
Y: JOY4
L: JOY5
R: JOY6
ZL: JOY7

Down: JOY12
