BTW, 3DS doesn't use IOSes. That's the Wii.

He means the app for smartphones that exist to launch GW offline. There's the one for Android and he wants the one for iOS.

Maybe an emulator android for IOS... IOS emu for android exist. maybe the opposite exist?!
