It could have save all the bricked or softbricked 3ds there are. Many people know how to do it easily.

With Software, yes. Memchunkhax is available on 10.3, thats how downgrading was possible in the first place.

NAND backups not downgrading dude. NAND backups need arm9

I know, I am like 99.99% sure you can backup your NAND with software on 10.3. Not so much on 10.4

Really?!? Wow, I could of sworn you could... Shows what i know XD I guess you always can with a hardmod though.

Hopefully gateway finds a way if they get support for 10.3 sysnand and not just another, more secure downgrading method.

GW already has support for 10.3 sysNAND. (As far as I know)

GW doesn't support 10.3 sysnand yet, but they are working on a better downgrade to 9.2 for it. Just like their 4.5 downgrade.
