Hacking 3DS with emuNAND transfer

Hey ! My 3DS XL runs on emunand since 10 days, and i've made an emunand backup. Is it possible to restore that backup on another console, and import games directly to that console (like you would if you changed SD cards ?)

umm , i suggest to you to not to restore any nand or emunand on any other device except the one that was created on.
it could brick your 3DS.
