Great extension, but would it be possible to add support for the following sections of the SD card? Identify them by just the folder's name, reference that with the title id in the database, and instead of displaying the folder name do it as the game's name along with the icon and details. Also have an option to quickly turn than on/off.

Games 00040000 Nintendo 3DS\*\*\title\00040000\*
Demos 00040002 Nintendo 3DS\*\*\title\00040002\*
Game Updates 0004000e Nintendo 3DS\*\*\title\0004000e\*
DLC 0004008c Nintendo 3DS\*\*\title\0004008c\*
Ext Data 00000000 Nintendo 3DS\*\*\extdata\00000000\*

Some more info. Some directories have the Title ID offset. Demos have different IDs from the full version.
For example:

Title ID: 00040000000A0500 00040000000EDF00

Games-00040000: 000a0500

DLC-0004008c: 000a0500

Ext Data-00000000: 00000a05

Title ID: 00040000000EDF00

Game Updates-0004000e: 000edf00

DLC-0004008c: 000edf00

Ext Data-00000000: 00000edf

Should definitely make one for CIA's

It already supports CIA's. If you're mentioning this in reference to my earlier suggestion. I'm saying that OP should be able to identify the resulting folders that are created on the SD card after installing a CIA or regular downloaded games, and other data, using the same Program ID's.

Oh I didn't actually read any of the thread =P I just posted my opinion

for some reason, some of my cia's wont show the right image, does anyone know the reason for that?

does patching them to regionfree for example interfere with the function of getting the ID?
Hmmm, nope. If you done it yourself in hex editor
