Get a larger screen? I haven't tried the program recently, the newer versions are developed mostly by others, but on any decent sized screen (or rather, any screen with a decent resolution) there should be no problem.

SEEMS IT NOT WORKING after 40 minuts waiting at Nintendo Camera video doesn't apear. Video is in right folder and name of video is - VID_0002..it worked..i have one video named VID_0001 and works...

Can I use this software to convert video Why 3DS will not be able to see a directory of video file What is the reason for it?

After the Left Side of the Video is done nothing happens.
I am waiting like 5 min that the Right Side Video starts but it doesn't.

Bump this thread. I really, REALLY hope this app does not just fade away and die off into the oblivion.

So far, among the 3D converters floating around, this is my favorite, because of the quality it outputs. However, I am aching for some more substantial features, because I'm thinking of seriously doing some bad-ass conversions.

Come on, man. Say something. Is this one dead?

I will probably never work on it again. The source is there, and BelowZero did contact me a while back about continuing the program (to which I told him I didn't feel like working on it further, but I was happy for him to do so and start a new thread for his future releases or whatever), but that was a while ago, and I haven't heard from him since. Apologies for disappointing you, but as I think I've mentioned before, I don't actually have a 3DS. I originally threw together a little script in a few minutes to be a quick GUI for people to use until a decent conversion tool was released by someone else. It sort of evolved beyond that, but I don't really have the time to work on or support a tool I can't make use of myself (or at least make money off; I couldn't ask for donations for 3DS Video because it was only about 30% my work by the latest releases, if even that much - if you count the work done in creating ffmpeg and autohotkey, both of which are used by the app, it'd be about 0.00001% or something)

Okay, I understand.

I guess I'll have to look for these features elsewhere. Just so you know, I really liked this app. It's simple and does its work well (at least for me; others weren't so lucky, it seems).

Anyone having luck with the 3DS XL? Tried everything (and all sorts of different vids) and can't get it to recognize/see any of my converted files.

ANY help GREATLY appreciated!

Hello, i have a 3ds XL, how can i set to the conversion to be in 480x240 like the screen in the 1.32 version?

Sorry, I misread your question. I dunno what resolution v1.32 converts to, I didn't do much for the last few versions. I have no idea why the hardsubs would disappear, are you sure they are hard? If so, part of the video must be getting cut off or something. I'm afraid I can't really help much as I never extensively used the software, I just made it. And like I said, I didn't have much to do with the last few versions, so I dunno if stuff changed or whatever. Sorry.

Yes i'm sure they are hardsubs, first i thought they was being cut after the conversion, but i downloaded the 1.0 version and set to convert in 480x240, but even doing that the hardsubs was disappearing, someone know why that?

Although I've only had some success with 3DS Video, this program works the best out of all the programs I've tried. Kudos to the kind people who worked on this fine application.

I've had some inconsistencies when using the programs. When I convert some 3D movies, there are some parts that will not convert viewable 3DS files (gives me an error message
on my 3DS saying it's not a viewable file) unless I set the framerate and/or bitrate to very low numbers... sometimes under 10 fps and under 2000 bitrate. I've made sure not to have any programs running in the background and it still has these kinds of difficulties.

I was wondering if it was due to my ripping program? I use Aiseesoft's Blu-Ray Ripper Platinum, as it was the only program I have found that could successfully rip 3D files from
3DBDs and convert them with 3DS Video. What do you guys use for ripping? I tried the trial version of Xilisoft's Blu-Ray Ripper, but it will only let me rip 2D to 3D (even though
I am using a 3D movie disc)... and it doesn't look nearly as good. It's strange how it won't recognize that it's a 3D Disc. If there's another program out there besides these two
that I have tried, I'd love to give it a shot.

Thanks in advance for any help regarding this. I really hope I can get this working well with the help of the forum members.
