3DS Unknown Error

Hello

I have my faulty O3DS with some problems

Damaged ds mode, freezes when opening a flashcard, Corrupted CTRNand, ect...
but there is a rare one

When I open the data management DSiWare
it opens the Japanese version of flipnote studio after
a certain time it turns off and when I turn it on it freezes
just when I see the home menu

I think it is another firmware or factory error

Please help
