Homebrew [3DS Themes] Coder Recruitment

Hello,

We are looking for a few experienced HTML and CSS coders to help us code our site, 3DSThemes.com. This site focuses on allowing the community to upload and share 3DS Themes with each other. Some of the main things users can do are download themes, rate themes and create an account to upload unlimited amounts of themes. This site is a non-profit site, and because of this we will not be offering any premium only services. The site currently has 44 themes added and more is being added!
We are doing alot of work on the site and need a few EXPERIENCED HTML and CSS coders that have coding knowledge in said area. We have a lot of work to do, so we are also looking for someone dependable. Depending on what you can and can not do, we may be willing to pay you for your services. If you are a designer that is also a plus. We are looking to start immediately. If you have any references to past projects please do include them!


Please check out our site (3ds thems dot com) befor commenting! The current site is going through a major update and may not look the way it is in a couple weeks.
You need to meet these requirements to help us:

1.) Be aged 15+.
2.) Be able to prove you are capable of assisting with our project.
3.) Have sufficient knowledge with HTML or CSS.
4.) Have some method of staying in contact with us. (Preferably Skype)

We feel that the older the user, the more dependable they may be. If they are younger then 15, it can cause a few problems. One example could be availability, another could be their abilities. We aren’t saying young coders aren’t good, but we would prefer a more teen/adult group to work with, at least for the time being.

What still needs to be done?

I'm 32, wrote my own web site code by hand with no WYSIWIG (www.mashley.net) in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, code for iOS and SQL. I can't commit to regular Skype calls but could help out here and there if there are specific tasks which need to be carried out.

It might help to post a to-do list so people can comment on whether they can take on specific jobs.

Like i said before i would enjoy contributing to this too.
I'm especially interested in the backend of this.
Design isn't my strongest suit, i don't have trouble with using HTML5, CSS3, JS, JQuery and other markup languages,
But i'm not that creative.
Serverside i'm pretty good if i may say so myself.
Have build multiple frameworks before, done some security improvements for companies, won a few contests with PHP, and i think i can say that i can handle pretty much anything you can trow at me in PHP.

Previous work?
I work as a part time professional webdesigner.
I can't really show you any sites i've build due to my contracts.
But, one of the sites i made just for fun is rxtools.net
Definitely check that out if you haven't already.

Also, if you don't need any help anymore,
I hoped that i could create an API from the site's databases so that people could create programs, and possibly homebrew more easily.
