It should work for Europe Swapnote, idk about Swapdoodle.

Swapnote: (You'll need the unnamed folder)
1. Make a backup of extra data.
2. Go to your backup's location
3. Make a folder and rename it to 3 digit numbers (e.g. 004, 005, etc)
4. Go to the newly created folder and place all the note files you downloaded.
5. Now go back and make a new folder called "letterpaper"
6. Go to that letterpaper folder and place all the stationery files.
7. Go back and delete fruit.tbl
(NOTE: Don't panic if it says note-management is corrupted, it'll restore your old notes and will also bring up the sepcial notes and stationery.)

As for Swapdoodle, you can import them but haven't found a convenient way to do so yet..
