Hardware 3ds region lock on Amazon

I am going to buy a 3ds from Amzaon
Is there any region lock???

If you are getting from Amazon.com, it'll prob be the NA one.
If Amazon.co.uk, it'll prob be the PAL one.

Amazon doesn't list 3DS region locks for purchase. However, they list region-locked 3DS systems. There is no PAL and NTSC for the 3DS, because it's a handheld. However, there is EUR/AUS (for European and Australian 3DS systems), US (for American 3DS systems) and JAP (for Japanese 3DS systems).

If you're in north america, don't buy 3DS anything from europe, because it wont work in north america.

I made that mistake buying a European game because it was cheaper.

Nothing prevents it from working.

It will, however, only work on the system region it was made for.

This of course only applies to games and content codes, not accessories.
