3DS question.

I know this is in the wrong area but I don't know where in the 3DS thread this would be classified under.
How do I put pictures from my computer onto my 3DS to view.
Is there a certain software or a certain file-name that the pictures need or something.

First this would be under "3DS games and content"
And if I'm correct, it needs to be a jpg image

You need to put it in the DCIM folder, I think that's what it's called.
