Oh yeah definately fake, no analogs and Nintendo said they had found a way to reduce the gap between the screens to next to nothing, they wouldn't make it like that now.

EDIT: if it's photoshopped then they must have taken a good pic of a DSi and then edited the stuff, moved the buttons and then applied a really crappy filter on otherwise the screen at the top would look purposefully faked...
