hey guys, I have a question , Is there a way the 3d version 6.2.0-4E offline to update ?
Unfortunately I have only Pokemon Omega Ruby.

So I can 7.2.0-4E to update , but do not use the Ninjhax Exploit

Are there opportunities ?

Majora's Mask is said to have the 9.0 update. You'll have to use that to update the console.
