Hacking 3DS Official Firmware Rolled Back

Not sure if there is a thread on this or not, so here goes. According to the official page, the firmware has been rolled back to 11.3. I'm guessing this is due to that massive banwave, which affected non-hacked units as well as hacked units. I, personally, am still on 11.2, but, if anyone is running OFW 11.4, please try and see if you can legitimately downgrade back to 11.3, and report back here. Here is the page:

It could be out of date, but I cannot know for sure.

Mine says it's already updated so, no, you cannot downgrade legally.
Probably it's just out of date or something and nobody noticed yet.

He's saying perhaps if there really was a roll back it would take you to 11.3. But that page is just out of date. You will end up at 11.4

OP you jumped to conclusions. If there had been a downgrade it would've been big news on the internet and the page itself would mention it.

It comes with 11.4. It's already been confirmed to come with it as the system is already out in AU/NZ.

Off topic but, with the dsiwarehax method is it possible to backup nand then restore after starting the process then somehow
