Gaming 3DS Nintendo eShop card

So I just bought a Nintendo eShop card, and I read that it will tax me if I buy something with that money. I live in Australia and I heard that a certain country does not tax, so I can use all that money with no taxes. So if this is true, what country would this be? thanks

i think changing the region to brazil wouldn't deduct taxes...i did it once...can't remember...

For US 3DS, I just use Oregon (OR) to save evade taxes.

Montana, New Hamshire, and Alaska also has no tax I think...
