ROM Hack 3ds new update after 11.3

my console is on 11.3. I just went to go on the shop and it asked me to update. Has anyone done so yet

Current version is still 11.3. You most likely have an outdated system title. That message will popup if you have an outdated system title, even if you are on the latest firmware.

I'm not sure but I do know that the latest version is 11.3. I can access the eShop just fine and I'm not being asked to update my system.

In the unlikely event your console is TWN region, it could've possibly been from the March 2nd update (though I have no clue if they have any sort of eShop on those consoles).

Other than that, your guess is as good as mine.
