Then again, based on your error there, BOXYARD, the debug event, is a fancy little thing for 3D viewing. According to documentation it's a part of the 3D software. If reinstalling 3D Movie Viewer doesn't work, find some way to reinstall Boxyard or, even better (worse), initialize your console to reinstall stuff.
