Hardware 3DS micro sd managment issue

So I am having a bullshit issue with my n3dsxl where when I try to link it up to my computer it gives me a diagnostic issue.

So what do I do now?

Update to a real OS?.
If that isn't a skin for Windows 7 then the card reader driver may be to blame.

If you've been able to do it before, or this is the first time you've done it, then try leaving and re-opening microSD Management.

There was a time i had that error, and i could only connect to the n3ds with my internet nic disconnected.

Another time that i couldn't connect to the n3ds was when i was using a different dns than my active dhcp provides for my network.

Yet another time on an android phone i was using some app that i had to set it to use old name lookup method to work.
