Gaming 3DS Issues (Already!!): Error Occurs

So, today, everything was runnin' fine. Then, I tried to play Monkey Fight for SUper Monkey Ball 3D. Shit's mad confusing, so I quit and decide to actually read the instructions. Haha, anyway, when I did that, I got an error has occured message. . It forced me to turn the 3DS off. Any time I try to do that, it happens. I tried it twice after. Is it the system? Or the game?

I'm just wondering, if it's the game, I can probably just exchange it.
