AFAIK they're resellers and modders, not hackers. So I wouldn't put too much faith in it.

i'm not one for assuming everything is fake, it annoys me when people do that, but, i thought the '3D' text led near the 3d slider is green when it is in '3ds mode', right?
and in the picture it is not, so hmm...
but maybe there are times when it is not green, in 3ds mode, i'm not sure

I think it's only green when the current software supports 3D mode, but pretty much all 3DS software supports that.

The 3D led is off. That means that they don't use the 3D effect (but it could be 3DS mode).
I don't believe it because there are many possibilities to make something like that. I made a "3DS Hacked screen" with colors 3D :

Well first of all they must have hacked it a little cause you can't make normal text appear like that in the bottom screen.

You mustn't hack the system to appear text like that:

It could just be a simple DS homebrew, that would fit with the unlit 3D light.

It can be turned of with parental controls . . . or hax

Now the waiting game begins. I guessing this is a savegame hack given neimod recently updated the DSsaveManager app section on 3dbrew. Just speculation now.

@doubters-- Crediar thinks its hacked. So its likely true. (and yellow8-- jeez, he's the one who posts about 90% of 3dsbrew's technical data. If you don't trust him, you don't trust reality)
