Gaming 3DS Games Region

Hi everyone,
I have some questions about the region lock on the 3ds. One of them is if i buy a game in France will it work on a 3ds bought in Portugal? And if it works, in a game like fire emblem will i be able to use Amiibo and Buy dlc with a portuguese account?
Lastly if i have a game bought in Portugal and it's sequel bought in France am i able to continue from the same save?

What region is the console? If it's PAL (EUR/AUS) it should be fine

If u buy a game how example Inazuma Eleven Light and then u buy his sequel... in this example Chrono Stone Thunderbolt... they are 2 different games.. than mean he game save its different. I dont know any game with sequel than u can use the save from the first. Each game have his own save.

Yes my 3ds is EUR region, so you think if i do something like what i asked i should be fine then?
