Someone try to do that, I want Minish Cap.

It's already doable.

Steps:

1) Download the Minish Cap ROM
2) Buy/use a SuperCardDSTWO
3) ???
4) Profit.

Why are so many people wanting piracy already?
Yeah so the problem here is that I don't have the money for a DStwo.
Are you willing to sell me one for $10?

The only way likely to get the Ambassador games is if the Ambassador check is not performed when trying to access or download the game. If Nintendo were lazy enough only to hide the games from search results and browsing for Ambassadors, then you might be able to download an Ambassador game. Chances of that being the case are slim though.

Since there's no obvious correlation between game title IDs and eShop title IDs, then getting a link to an Ambassador game is going to be difficult anyway.

That's what I was thinking in the way of. Unless this isn't possible.

From looking at the E-Shop QR codes. All that we need is the app id. As for finding the app id, might be a bit hard to do.

ESHOP://5001000000xxxx, the 4 x's being the app id.

Edit: But seeing there is a second PEAALL000000 (Thats Nintendogs Demo). It could either be one line or two.

Ok i gave a look at these pages:
http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list#00040002_-_eShop_Demos
and
http://3dbrew.org/wiki/EShop

As refereed by Sheimi "ESHOP://5001000000xxxx, the 4 x's being the app id." it might not be the app id some type of internal code. And about the PEAALL000000 it might be some region code ( PEAALL000000 for europe, J00101Z00XXX for japan where the X's change but it's odd because it only happens in the japan, and for the usa i didnt found anything)

If anyone has a qr code from the USA please post it here.
P.S. Later on i will try to place random numbers where are the XXXX so that i might find the ambassadors apps.

The latter part of the code isn't required, according to the 3DBrew article. As for the first part (beginning 500100), all signs point to it being an auto-incrementing primary key in the database. Every page on the eShop would have an ID, and the fact that it appears to be digits only smells like a database optimization (the same reason eBay's Item IDs are numeric). All the 0s give the eShop plenty of growing room, too.

Yeah, good luck with that. :ha:

I'm thinking that it is the app ID. I know that a good place to get them (Weirdly enough) is in the Club Nintendo registration surveys. They have app IDs in the URL.

Got the App Id's off of Club Nintendo. I tried Zelda: Minish Cap's ID. I get "This QR Code is not supported".

From what I can tell, the Ambassador software and other games can be found just by guessing the last 4 digits of the posted code ESHOP://5001000000XXXX. Using this generator makes the 3DS pick up everything I throw at it, but so far I'm just getting software isn't available messages. However, known one's do indeed work. I say someone makes a QR code bruteforcer :P http://qrcode.kaywa.com/ is the site :D EDIT - Found one! VVVVVV is 8584, US version! Cake Ninja is
8582, us version! :P
EDIT 2: Release dates seem to effect what numbers these games will be. 8584 is VVVVVV, 12/29/11, same fit or Cake Ninja. In addition, 8580 - 8584 all are linking to software release on the same day, so the ambassador games shouldn't be too hard to find once one is found :D

That's what I was going to do but my 3ds as stuck buttons and I can't enter in the qr reader, but are you startining from 0000? Btw idk if you are making a list of the codes you already generated but you should maybe in excell.

I'm trying around the 8000s area. I think they're most likely somewhere in there. So far I've managed to find one more, Tetris, at 8501. Still looking for more, but we need more people trying too.

Not to state the obvious here, but you don't think Nintendo will notice if a system that doesn't have ambassador status suddenly downloads 20 games only available to ambassadors?

Well, 18 games, since Metroid and Super Mario Brothers are now for purchase. Sounds like something that can be fixed with a simple page change, and might just kill re-downloads for those with the status.

But if it works, I got 2 systems in house that I'll try it with. The other 3 have ambassador status and the games downloaded already.
