    Nope and nope.

    Citra is the best 3DS emulator and doesn't have full Pokemon support. And it hasn't yet been ported to mobile devices.

    Thanks bro. I have a o3DS but its on 10.6 so no homebrew. Downgrading is out of option since the entry points require buying things.

    Citra is still being developed, I would guess 1.5 to 2 years before someone puts Citra on an android smartphone. No doubt they'll be powerful enough by then. Right now it's only for pc.

    You can play pokemon on citra, but the roms have to be decrypted first. It's also not full speed on even the most powerful computers.

    As an addendum, since the topic starter is from the Philippines. There's no such thing as refurbished 3DS here......

    In the local marketplace, second hand prices :
    2DS = $80, the same as the Classic 3DS.
    3DS XL = $130
    N3DS = $200

    Brand New stuff :
    2DS = $140
    3DS XL = $210
    N3DS = $260.

    Yes IMO it's overpriced. :(

    Because no official Nintendo store in our country. The sellers usually import stuff from Maxsoft. Which is in singapore if I'm not mistaken. So yeah, overpriced.

    If it takes too much time to create a bearable 3DS emu on x64 architecture, what makes you think they will create one on ARMv8?
