Hacking 3DS Emulator?!

So apparently there's a, "3DS Emulator" now. Is it legit? If so, can I backup my 3DS carts and use them to play?! Thanks Tempers!~

Alright! Thanks! I was just scrolling through the internet and I saw it, and I was like, " No way!" They haven't come up with a way to make the 3D on the PC yet, have they?
