In short, no, the Wii U isn't capable to emulate anything beyond N64 by sheer machine power. Nintendon't uses the vWii internal systems and so it can get away with it, as it doesn't consume anything beyond the console capabilities, but any dedicated emulator demanding more than a N64 isn't possible.
