Hardware 3DS dont turn on with new SD

I change SD for new SD but I try turn on my o3ds (light turn one second and turn off)

How to fix this?

With old SD card work fine

Do you have boot.firm in the root of your sd card?

Does anything happen if you hold Start or Select while turning it on?
Try putting the Luma boot.firm file on the new SD card (https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS)

did you format your sd card to fat32? larger sd cards will be on exFAT be default usually
if you need to format use guiformat

Yes that should be correct

Do you know what version of Luma you are using? While using the old SD card, hold Select while booting to see what version you have and if it says anything above 7.0.5 make sure to have boot.firm at the root of the new SD card. If you are using a9lh (7.0.5 and below) you have to use an older version of Luma from before .firm was supported.

Yes that is correct, but I would still use guiformat as I've heard for whatever reason it's better than other tools for formatting for the 3ds in mind
