booting how can i restore 3ds

if you didnt make a nand backup then you are bricked and only way around that is buying an ntr compatible flashcart that is either pre-flashed with ntrboot or using another console to flash one that isnt

You can use a DS, DSi or another 3DS to flash ntrboot
