You need to repair the SPI/SD clock signal point for it to work properly I believe. If you do not have the required skills to repair this point, I strongly suggest that you take it to a local electronics repair shop to avoid further damage.

Assuming the point is a VIA, you'd need a piece of Kynar (30AWG solid core) wire to fit into the hole. Otherwise, it would just take a light repair of the same wire to reconnect the two sides of the traces connected to the test point. As I don't know exactly what it looks like off hand, I can't provide exact instructions, but it should be similar to any standard trace repair.
