Hardware 3DS camera blackscreen!

I think I might've broken my 3DS camera! I was trying to use the QR code in Animal Crossing New Leaf and the screen was black. Can someone help.

I had the same issue in a 3DS I don't have anymore. The app itself (and games) just gave me a blackscreen, but when it was homebrew it worked perfectly.

My camera screen is pink when I use it on 2d and the 2nd camera for 3d is normal and mixes with the pink. Has any one else have a pink camera screen. There is a pink light that shows the camera is on but it is the camera furthest from it. The 3d arrow on screen moves automatically when moving or still.

I managed to solve it, in my case I opened the old 3ds xl to change the top screen, but the outside camera only worked on the fbi. So I opened it again, disconnected the ribbon cable from the camera and cleaned the contacts with isopropyl alcohol, connected it again and the camera started working again.
