Not even a flash of the power light then back off, right?

yes i do have a9lh and sd card is in, honestly i turned off the system last night and i open it this morning and nothing.

Make sure the sd card isn't dead (put it in your pc and see what happens), and make sure the battery is in all the way.

SD is fine, just plugged into my pc, anything i do with the battery doesnt do anything.

Just to confirm, even if you plug in the charger, no orange light comes on?
Yes there are 0 LED lights happening, not even charging led

Looks pretty toast to me.

Try plugging the 3DS into your charger without the battery in; do you get a blinking orange light? (3DS's way of saying "your charger's plugged in but WHERE'S THE FLIPPING BATTERY")

Also, is your charger definitely good? Try wiggling it around, or try it with another 3DS / DSi (if you have one.)

charger i have tried with other 3ds plus i have tried other charger, Nope no matter what i do the 3ds has 0 LED lights.
Im scared to send it in to nintendo for repair if they can, as i figure all my a9hl will be gone.

Are you sure you did nothing but play games the whole time since it booted last? You haven't tried to install anything that could affect the LEDs, or anything more system critical than a game?

Does your battery work at all? (e.g. in another 3DS / wired up to a DSi or even an LED)

If not, I would contact Nintendo. You'd probably lose your A9LH, but a working 3DS is better than a hacked paperweight, imho.
