Hacking 3DS Box

Just wanted to point out my 3DS game arrived today (Pilotwings resort) and the back of my European UK box only warns 6 year olds not to play with S3D enabled.
The piracy warning is EXACTLY the same as DS, and Wii games.

Mod please merge with the locked thread or lock this, or leave it be.
