ROM Hack 3ds Blackscreen

I stopped playing my 3ds for a month ish and I just came back to it today and it powers on (the blue light stays on) but the screen is black. It was working fine before my month break. I can launch the luma3ds menu perfectly fine with select+power and also the gm9 menu that comes up with start+power. All of the tutorials I've found online is where the 3ds doesn't power on at all so all I've tried is removing my custom theme.

Fixed, I removed my custom home screen music .ogg file from the SD card.

Glad to know you've find out where the issue was coming from and sorted it out!

So, the problem was a .ogg file on your SD card, but trying to remove your SD card entirely didn't help at all..?

If you do not have Luma installed to your 3DS NAND, then you might want to consider doing that.
