Hacking 3ds ban in 2021 ?

Hello everyone,

My old 2ds is back on track and I'd to Know if a ban can still be expected using wireless gaming and cia installation with luma ?
I know there were ban waves some time ago but what about now ?

It's pretty safe nowadays, though it's recommended to not do any funky stuff online (mods/hacks/trainers whatever..) just to be safe.

Question is, with the latest mods and guides avail, can you unban a banned 3ds if it happens?

I sometimes go online time to time on my cfw 3ds

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
