Hacking 3DS Backup from NAND

Hey guys, I have hacked my 3DS a number of years ago, maybe 2 or 3? But I have no idea how I did it or what hacks I used or anything, I just followed a guide. I did make backups as per the guide told me and these are the files I have. "14A1F42B_configsave, 14A1F42B_LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, 14A1F42B_movable, 14A1F42B_SecureInfo_A, Decrypt9, NANDmin, NANDmin.bin, NATIVE_FIRM, NATIVE_FIRM. I also have an opt.bin file.

The thing is, I have looked at various different ways to restore NAND and they all seem to say different things and I am unsure which way I hacked my 3DS and don't want to make things worse if I use the wrong NAND restore guide suited for a different way.

The other problem is that my 3DS wont turn on at all. I have used the charger to charge another 3DS to full battery life so I know the charger works fine. I left the 3DS on the charger overnight and it still won't turn on. So I am unable to even get into the menu to even do a NAND restore anyway.

I have no idea what to do. Should I just follow another guide and rehack the 3DS or will that make things worse or not even work since it's already hacked?

Let's start from the beginning.
Try booting without SD.
What does the blue LED do when you boot? Does it turn off instantly or does it fade out?

I took out the SD card and tried to turn it on and no lights at all came on, it's like it is out of batteries, but like I said in the original post, I have had it on a known working charger overnight.

K, so I may have dun goofed. When I took out the SD card, I took the battery out and put it back in for good measure and threw it on the charger and it seems to be working now. The battery must have been just ever so slightly off contact with the pins. I do apologize for wasting your time, but I thank you muchly for taking the time to respond.
